1. Share your requirements

Send product codes, approximate quantities, delivery country and postal code. If you are still choosing, tell Lily about your store, club or event.

2. Discuss a sample

Ask whether a sample is available for your chosen style. Sample pricing, accessories and delivery are confirmed individually. A sample does not guarantee future stock.

3. Confirm minimums and mixed styles

Use the minimum shown on each product page. Some made-to-order styles require 200 sets. Ask whether different styles can be combined for volume pricing; this is not automatic.

4. Confirm the contents

Specify the tile count, jokers, dimensions and units, material, racks, pushers, bag and packaging. Photos are a style reference; accessories must be confirmed in writing.

5. Review pricing and currency

Collections A and B show sample, 30–100 and 100+ pricing. The exact 100-set tier is confirmed in your quote. Collection C is priced on request.

Select United States for USD or Canada for CAD. CAD prices use the fixed conversion USD 1 = CAD 1.40. Language and region are independent. Shipping, import charges and final payment terms are confirmed in your quotation.

6. Agree on delivery and payment

Customer service must confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery time for your address before payment. Ask about import charges, payment arrangements and agreed order terms. This website does not collect payments.

Customization enquiries

Share your ideas for design or packaging. Feasibility, artwork requirements, minimum quantities, sample arrangements and timing must be confirmed with Lily. Customization is not available by default on every style.

After your quotation

Keep the confirmed quotation and product specifications. Use the same WhatsApp conversation for order details, dispatch questions and any delivery concerns. Report discrepancies with your order details and photographs.
